As a busy mom (aren’t all moms busy?) I have found that while I love created and making elaborate snacks and meals I simply run out of time. With four kids in sports, music, school, church activities and any number of other things as well as mine and my husbands obligations it leaves Sme on a tight schedule. While I love being busy and being part of everything my kids do, I also need to make sure that they have yummy healthy snacks that not only taste good but are fun too. That is why we have made some yummy snacks as part of the RITZ® Snackify Challenge. They are mini pizzas, mini tacos, and mini fruit pizzas. All of these are easy to make, and your kids will love helping to put them together as much as they will eating them, and they are perfect for older kids to make on their own.
Before I tell you about how we made our snacks, I wanted to let you know about the RITZ® Snackify Challenge Instagram Contest. You can Enter for a chance to win one of forty $100 Walmart e-Gift Cards (10 per week) by uploading an Instagram photo of your RITZ®-topped creation with #putitonaritzcontest. To make the mini pizzas we used the RITZ® Bacon crackers, spaghetti sauce, shredded cheese and mini pepperonis (you can add other things but the cracker was pretty full at this point).
For the mini tacos we used the RITZ® Bacon crackers, left over slow cooker chicken enchiladas, shredded cheese and sour cream. (this would be good with regular taco meat as well).
For the mini fruit pizzas we used the RITZ® Honey Wheat crackers, berry flavored cream cheese spread, a slice of banana, and a piece of a mandarin orange. (You could add apples, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc).
My kids loved how they all tasted – the fruit pizzas went first, then the pizzas then the tacos. They all turned out great and I loved how fast and easy it was to put them all together. In less than 5 minutes we had a very yummy healthy snack that filled them up for a few more hours of playing.
If you are looking for a fun and easy snack for your kids, then you need to grab a box of RITZ® Crackers at Walmart and throw together some of these or come up with your own.
What would you put on your RITZ® Cracker for fun snack ideas?

I just love Ritz crackers! But honestly, I never get past peanut butter or cheese. These toppings look great and would be such a huge and delicious change of pace.
