This year, a major goal of mine is the get healthier and more fit. While I am working towards that goal a little more each week with small changes, one of my biggest challenges has been healthier meals, especially during busy times (like breakfast and dinner).
When I was at Sam’s Club doing our shopping, I came across Tyson Grilled and Ready® Teriyaki Chicken and knew that it would be perfect for quick weeknight meals while helping me stay on track. I also found Jimmy Dean Delights® English Muffins which I wanted for busy weekday mornings so I can start my day right. Sam’s Club makes it easy for me to get what I need for family meals because it is in bulk and they have everything I need!
Along with the chicken and English Muffins, I also grabbed a big bag of stir fry veggies. I knew it would pair perfectly with the Tyson Grilled and Ready® Teriyaki Chicken. I used my electric pressure cooker and put 4-5 pieces of the teriyaki chicken in and then filled the pot halfway full of the frozen stir fry veggies. I turned it to Poultry and cooked it for 15 minutes and then let the steam release. It turned out perfect!
Everything tasted so good. And the best part is that is was ready in less than 20 minutes thanks to the chicken being precooked. I did NOT defrost the chicken first. This is a new favorite weeknight meal of ours and because we buy it at Sam’s Club, we have enough to make at least three meals.
The Jimmy Dean Delights® English Muffins are so great for breakfast because they are healthy for me and with the low calories and high protein, I am able to have a delicious breakfast without hassle and stay on track with my busy schedule.
Be sure to get this fab tasting and time-saving food on your next trip to Sam’s Club. I would love to hear how these foods can save you time and help keep you on track with your fitness and health goals.

I am actually going to Sam’s Club tomorrow, and will totally pick up that Tyson grilled chicken. I am currently recovering from surgery, so I need to take it easy yet still prepare meals for my family. This is perfect and looks delicious. Thank you for the great idea.

Wow, to be honest, I never realized Tyson had this type of frozen chicken! Chicken already seasoned and marinated? That would be such an easy and delicious dinner!

I love to cook but sometimes you need a fast way to get dinner on the table. These look good.
